By placing an order with Danny DaCosta, you agree that Copyright of the images belongs to Danny DaCosta.

Duplication or Reproduction of the images in any form, is a criminal act contravening the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Recording devices, including digital cameras, video cameras or mobile phones are not permitted to be used either during a photo session or during a viewing. These devices should be switched off at all times whilst on our premises.
You may be asked to leave if you insist on attempting to use the devices whilst on our premises.

All Goods remain the property of Danny DaCosta until paid for in full and will bear the Company name and signature or logo.

Changes made to the order after placement will be chargeable in full.
(whether order processing has commenced or not).

Please allow 6 weeks for the completion of your order.  (Fast Track service, less than 4 weeks, will incur a 25% surcharge)

Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is required in full at time of order.
Extended payment facilities are available on orders in excess of £495, please ask for details if required.

On certain occasion, Danny DaCosta may require images for display, publication, Public relations or advertising purposes, in either print or on-line media and that you agree Danny DaCosta may use the images without prior permission and without payment, either now or in the future.

Our standard portrait session prices start from £100. This includes up to 1 hour of photography at our studio. Location sessions may, but not always, incur a fee for travel.

A Non-returnable booking fee of £25 will need to be paid to secure your session, the remainder of the session fee will need to be paid on the day of the session. Prices are liable to change at any time.

Promotional products may only be available for a limited period and are not necessarily available to purchase at a regular session.

Each Promotion will have its own particular set of of Terms and Conditions.
